Because we are operating under strict guidelines in regard to protecting everyone from the Coronavirus, when you next visit the practice we need you to be aware of the following:

• Our team may be wearing extra protective equipment but they will still be the same caring people you know.
• Adult patients who do not lack capacity are advised to attend alone as much as possible. Any accompanying people should wait outside the building if possible.
• All patients under-16 must be accompanied by one person with parental responsibility only (no one else).
• Patients are advised to avoid bringing items of food or personal belongings that are not necessary for the dental appointment.
• We ask every patient not to arrive early for their appointment.
• Patients who travel to their dental appointment by car will be advised to wait in the car park before being called in.
• All patients walking to their appointments should wait for our phone call before making their way to the practice.
• Our preferred method of payment is debit or credit card. Please speak with our receptionist if this is not possible.
